At Harmony In The Workplace, we know people. We know that change is hard and that most people won’t address issues until they are forced to do so by circumstances or because they have a critical incident that is the catalyst to action. Principal consultant, Ruthann Weeks works with groups and individuals to identify which areas are functioning well, and which areas require strengthening for the good of not only the team, but everyone on that team.
